Ilkeston Festival begins tomorrow with Derbyshire Open Studios.
See our local artists in action at Wash Arts, Frailloop Studio, Shed 2 or travel further afield and go to Long Eaton Art Room. More details below:

Open Studio at Wash Arts, Bath Street:
 Unique soil portrait to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Wash Arts (Wash Arts)
2nd to 3th June
Artwork by Adrian Lloyd made using soil collected from Royal residences around the UK.

2nd June, 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Meet artist Cathy Terzza (who specialises in dolls, animation and special effects makeup) and Lynsey Morris who will be showing her current painting and artwork.


Long Eaton Art Room Open Studios - 2nd to 5th June, 10:00am to 5:00pm
Come along to the Long Eaton Art Room, 29-31 Lime Grove, Long Eaton to see the Open Studios Event, unique handmade items and exciting craft activities. Refreshments on sale


Frailoop - 2nd to 4th June, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Gavin Darby's studio is open to visitors as part of the DART open studio event, come along to Frailloop Studio, Unit 5, The Ropewalk, Off Station Road, Ilkeston. 

Shed 2 - 2nd to 4th June, 11:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
An opportunity to meet the artists and makers, to look around the studios and see where they work. Come along to Shed2Studios, 10a Heanor Road, Ilkeston, DE7SDX.
